Phoenix Home Care & Hospice is seeking a dependable, experienced Skilled Caregiver or CNA to provide one-on-one care for a client in their home. Requirements
- Skilled caregiving or CNA experience required
- At least 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
Nice To Haves
- Hoyer lift experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Assist with bathing, dressing and personal hygiene
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Assist with toileting
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Safely assist with transfers (Hoyer lift experience is a plus)
