About The Position

(RN) Nurse Managers will actively work with caregivers and nurses, providing direct bedside care while guiding and supporting the team to reach shared goals. In this role, you won’t be sitting in an office—you will actively partner with your team, providing real-time coaching, mentorship, and support while delivering high-quality, care to our residents. Your positive attitude, confident presence, and hands-on approach to leadership will serve to set the tone for the unit, ensuring a collaborative, accountable, and caring environment. Requirements

  • Graduate of Ohio Board of Nursing approved nursing program or school of nursing.
  • Current RN or LPN license to practice nursing in State of Ohio.
  • Current CPR card.
  • Familiar with infection control practices.
  • Familiar with OSHA guidelines relative to long term care.
  • Familiar with Ohio Department of Health Regulations.

Nice To Haves

  • RN licensure is preferred.
  • Previous experience in long term/geriatrics preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Actively work with caregivers and nurses, providing direct bedside care.

  • Guide care delivery, support clinical decision-making, and ensure strong outcomes in a fast-paced, post-acute setting.
  • Build strong teams through mentorship, coaching, and developing staff.
  • Work closely with interdisciplinary partners, fostering teamwork to ensure coordinated, person-centered care and smooth patient transitions.
  • Handle challenges with confidence, adaptability, and a positive mindset.
  • Create a workplace rooted in respect, communication, and shared responsibility for delivering excellent care.
