About The Position
This role is within M.C. Dean’s Critical Infrastructure Solutions division in Charleston, SC, supporting various contracts. The position provides hands-on exposure to project management in electrical contracting, with experience in both the pre-construction and construction phases of projects.
Requirements
- MUST BE an active duty service member who is approaching or within his/her 180-day window of separation from the military
- HS Diploma or GED
Responsibilities
- Learning how to read drawings
- Review and manage electrical designs
- Perform takeoffs
- Quote subcontractors and material
- Prepare complete estimates
- Develop proposals
- Submittals
- RFIs
- Scheduling
- Financial analysis (including budgeting and forecasting)
- Resource management
