Sequoia Services is hiring a Skid Steer / Front-End Loader Operator & Construction Laborer to support active construction projects. This role combines equipment operation and hands-on labor, making it ideal for candidates who are versatile, dependable, and team-oriented.

Requirements

1–3+ years experience operating skid steer, loader, or similar equipment
Ability to perform physical labor in outdoor conditions
Strong work ethic and reliability
Valid driver’s license required
Lift and carry 50+ lbs regularly
Ability to stand, walk, climb, and work on uneven terrain
Frequently enter and exit heavy equipment

Nice To Haves

Experience in construction, site work, grading, or earthmoving preferred
CDL a plus

Responsibilities

Operate skid steer, front-end loader, and similar equipment safely and efficiently
Perform material handling, loading/unloading, grading, and site cleanup
Assist with excavation, backfilling, and fine grading tasks
Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
Perform hands-on construction tasks including: Shoveling, raking, and hand grading
Installing erosion control measures
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
Follow all OSHA standards and company safety policies
Participate in daily safety meetings (toolbox talks)
Work closely with supervisors and crew members to meet production goals
