Requirements
- Experience with hand tools, including up-cut saw & circular saw
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow processes & procedures
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to frequently lift/move up to 50 pounds
- Ability to mount & dismount equipment
- Capable of walking, climbing and bending for periods of time
- Comfortable working in hot and cold atmospheres depending on weather conditions
Nice To Haves
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- One (1) year of lift truck operation experience
- Lift truck experience handling heavy loads (10,000 pounds or more)
Responsibilities
- Builds skids and pallets according to Majestic Steel and/or customer specifications, operate lift trucks to transport, store, and stage materials within the service center
- Perform daily lift truck inspections, move up and down from lift truck, and report any equipment issues
- Work collaboratively with team to meet goals, contribute to housekeeping procedures, and complete additional job-related responsibilities as assigned
