At its core, our technicians interact with customers daily by delivering equipment rentals to their accommodations, completing on-mountain support service and picking up gear at the end of their rental period. Requirements

  • Expect weekend and holiday work.
  • Drivers License - All Certifications
  • No previous experience!

Responsibilities

  • Completing the entire Cycle of Service for scheduled and reactive ski/snowboard rentals.
  • Packing rental orders in advance of equipment delivery.
  • Delivering rental equipment to guests’ accommodation and providing a highly personalized fitting experience.
  • On-Mountain Support for guests requesting equipment changes.
  • Picking Up equipment from guests’ accommodation at the end of their rental period.
  • Equipment is brought back to the shop, sanitized, tuned, and re-stocked for their next use.
  • Meet or exceed Brand Standards while focusing on our three Key Customer Requirements: KCR #1: On Time – Arriving within 5 minutes of the agreed upon time, KCR #2: Communication – Setting clear expectations around the entire scope of service, KCR #3: Equipment – Choosing the right equipment for each guest given their skills and current conditions at the resort.
  • Making/Answering customer phone calls with a positive and inviting tone of voice.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace including delivery vehicles.
  • Basic ski/snowboard tuning, waxing and general equipment maintenance.
  • Setting up the next shift and future team members for success.
