Responsibilities
- Safety and security of ski school children
- Execute lunches for all children
- Greet guests and deliver world class service
- Fit guests with ski & snowboard equipment
- Assist instructors with facilitation and completion of the lesson
- Attend to children's basic personal needs
- Be an ambassador for My Epic; provide insightful advice and friendly, hands-on My Epic support to guests in need.
- An aptitude for acquiring skills in user support and an eagerness to learn about My Epic functionality to support guests.
- Other duties as assigned
