The Ski Patrol Supervisor is responsible for identifying, reducing, and/or eliminating hazards on ski runs, providing first aid and transportation for injured guests and employees, and completing incident reports. This role also involves training, mentoring, and delegating duties to Patroller I and II employees, providing courtesy transportation, and leading search and rescue, avalanche rescue, and lift evacuation services. The supervisor will also be involved in avalanche control, snow safety evaluations, and promoting safe on-mountain behavior according to the Skier Responsibility Code. Coordination with Patrol Management and other departments is essential for implementing mountain safety objectives and training initiatives.
