About The Position

At Four Seasons Resort and Residences Whistler, our Ski Concierge team plays a vital role in creating thoughtful, memorable guest experiences. As a Seasonal Full Time Ski Concierge, you will assist guests with their ski and snowboard gear before and after a day on the mountain. This role is suitable to someone who performs well in a fast-pace setting and is dedicated to guest experiences.

Requirements

• Experience skiing or snowboarding
• Previous hospitality, retail and/or customer service experience
• Must hold a clean BC Driver’s license
• Must have excellent verbal and written skills
• Valid work authorization for Canada.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service by assisting with ski and snowboard equipment, including fitting and transporting gear.
• Provide personalized recommendations for ski runs, mountain dining, and resort experiences to enhance the guest's stay.
• Coordinate daily with Whistler Blackcomb to manage rental equipment logistics and maintain a seamless workspace experience.
• Transport guest ski and snowboard equipment between the resort and the Ski Concierge building at the base of Blackcomb Mountain.
• Maintain a professional and friendly outdoor presence, embodying the spirit of mountain hospitality.
