About The Position

Eldora is the backyard winter mountain playground for Greater Denver, Boulder County, and Colorado's northern Front Range. Ski & Ride School Reservations team members are friendly, welcoming, and inclusive all while providing unparalleled customer service experiences for our Guests. All Ski and Ride lessons start at check-in and that unforgettable experience will begin with you! Reservations team members work with a high volume of guests in a fast-paced environment. The ability to clearly communicate via personal, phone and email interactions is of the utmost importance. This team member works closely with Ski and Ride school leadership and within our digital infrastructure (RTP, Flaik) to book, reschedule and refund products. You are the conduit between the guest and the instructor and as a member of the Ski and Ride School team, proficiency in Ski and Ride school products is required.

Requirements

• Excellent, teamwork, communication, and guest service skills
• Must have basic computer skills and phone knowledge.
• Must be able to speak clearly and hear normal conversations in a noisy environment.
• All employees are expected to support Eldora’s corporate responsibility commitment to protect the environment by participating in our Sustainable Transportation Program. This includes choosing alternative transportation, carpooling, using the employee shuttle, and avoiding onsite parking on weekends and peak days.
• High School degree or equivalent
• Point of sale and software system exposure, ideally with RTP, Flaik, and/or Microsoft Office proficiency
• Must speak and read English fluently.
• Ability to pass background checks by company standards.
• Bending, reaching, climbing, pushing, pulling & prolonged standing
• Eye/hand coordination & visual concentration on equipment
• Concentrated reading and writing
• Must be able to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs.
• Extended periods of outdoor exposure
• Extreme cold, extreme heat and sun exposure
• Variation in temperature from hot to cold

• Proficiency in Ski and Ride school products is required.

Responsibilities

• Actively engages with all Eldora guests either in-person, via email or over-the-phone.
• Provides accurate product and mountain information to guests.
• Maintains workstation by cleaning and restocking supplies.
• Handles all inquiries and complaints in a professional and competent manner.
• Is honest and has the highest integrity- able to handle and manage confidential information.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays as required by resort operations.
