About The Position

Muller's Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Skadina Technical Lead to lead development activities and ensure the successful delivery of digital solutions built on the Skadina platform. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, mentor development teams, and ensure adherence to coding and quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 8+ years of software development experience, including leadership responsibilities.
• Proven hands-on experience with the Skadina platform.
• Strong experience in software development, system integration, and API development.
• Experience leading technical teams in enterprise environments.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of solutions on the Skadina platform.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Review code and ensure adherence to development standards and best practices.
• Coordinate with architects, business analysts, and QA teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Support system integration, testing, deployment, and post-production activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Ensure application performance, security, and scalability.
• Prepare technical documentation and knowledge transfer materials.
