About The Position

We're looking for a Sitecore Martech Developer to help our clients get more from their Sitecore investment. You'll be the go-to resource on how Sitecore drives personalized, data-led digital experiences. You'll turn platform capability into content, personalization, and audience strategies that move B2B buyers through the funnel. This is a client-facing role that sits between marketing strategy and marketing technology.

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with the Sitecore platform (e.g., XM Cloud, XP/XM, CDP, Personalize) from a marketing or martech perspective, including at least 2 years in a B2B environment.
• Proven experience designing and running personalization programs, including defining audience segments, rules, and content variants that tie to business outcomes.
• Strong content strategy skills: structuring, tagging, and governing content so it supports personalization and reuse across channels.
• Experience planning and interpreting A/B and multivariate tests, and turning results into clear optimization recommendations.
• Working knowledge of how Sitecore connects with the wider martech stack, such as Marketo, Salesforce, and analytics platforms, and how data flows between them.
• Confident communicator who can advise senior stakeholders and translate technical capability into plain-language recommendations.

Nice To Haves

• Agency-side or consulting experience, including managing multiple client programs at once.
• Sitecore certifications.
• Exposure to ABM/ABX programs or account-based personalization.
