About The Position

Skilled Trades Partners is hiring Sitework Laborers in Manchester, NH for a full-time, temp-to-permanent opportunity with a respected contractor. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, being part of a strong crew, and contributing to projects from the ground up.

Requirements

Previous construction, sitework, or laborer experience preferred
Comfortable performing physical work outdoors in changing weather conditions
Dependable, hardworking, and ready to be part of a team
Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work on uneven terrain
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
Ability to travel to jobsites throughout Southern New Hampshire

Nice To Haves

Underground utility, pipe installation, excavation, or dirt work experience is a plus
Basic heavy equipment experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Assist with site clearing, grading, excavation, and general sitework
Help install underground utilities, including water, sewer, and drainage systems
Perform trenching, backfilling, and compaction
Assist with foundation preparation and site development
Operate hand tools, power tools, plate compactors, and other jobsite equipment
Dig, move materials, and perform general labor as needed
Load, unload, and transport materials around the jobsite
Assist equipment operators and other tradespeople with daily sitework
Keep the jobsite clean, organized, and safe
Follow all company and OSHA safety requirements
