The Site Utility Manager leads all aspects of our site-wide utility infrastructure. This strategic leadership role is the owner of mission-critical assets, including our high-voltage electrical substation, an integrated microgrid, centralized thermal heating/cooling, and emergency power systems. This position is responsible for building and leading the team that will operate and maintain our new private substation and microgrid in addition to other energy utility infrastructure site wide. The Senior Manager will also serve as the user lead for related design and construction projects, ensuring safe, reliable, and resilient power delivery for our mission-critical operations. This role assumes full responsibility for the long-term maintenance of all energy utilities after project completion and commissioning.
