About The Position

Goins Sweitzer Engineers and Consultants (GSEC) is a transportation-focused consulting firm offering construction-focused solutions to our clients’ infrastructure project needs through the delivery of responsive, high-quality utility coordination, construction and engineering inspection (CEI), contract administration, construction materials management, risk assessment, and specialized program management consulting services. We value relationships, quality, and continuous growth and improvement, and these values are at the center of our field-focused, employee-centric culture. We're looking for passionate people who share our commitment to quality work, an elevated client-consultant experience, and both personal and professional development. If this sounds like you, we invite you to apply and look forward to getting to know you! As we expand our Utility Services practice across North Carolina and ultimately into neighboring states, we are seeking a motivated and experienced Utility Services Manager to join our leadership team. The Utility Services Manager will play a key leadership role within GSEC, contributing to business development, company expansion, technical project delivery, personnel management, and administrative support. This is a remote, largely self-directed position ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.
