Requirements
- BS/BA Degree Required
- 5 to 10 years of related experience
- Active Secret Clearance

Responsibilities
- Develops site transition plans, identifies key stakeholders and necessary information to execute a transition.
- Oversees system transition activities.
- Serves as the escalation point for all transition-related risks and issues.
- Establishes and leads regular transition meetings.
