About The Position

We’re looking for a hands-on, high-energy technologist who thrives in a fast-moving, start-up culture. This role is perfect for someone who'd like to advance their career by providing advanced support for a wide range of technologies and teams. The ideal candidate will solve executive-level technical issues one moment and coordinate the technology for a company-wide town hall the next.

Responsibilities

• Own all site technology operations for our Orem location, supporting ~400 users.
• Provision, repair, and manage laptops and other site technology
• Be the point person for technology and coordination during our Quarterly Board of Directors and Town Hall Meetings.
• Lead Microsoft Defender and Intune administration for all endpoints.
• Leverage Absolute endpoint protection.
• Jump into the helpdesk queue to keep things moving.
• Grow into a leadership role within the site and the broader IT team.
