About The Position

Peregrine Team is hiring Site Technicians in El Paso, Texas. This full-time, contract-to-hire role offers full benefits and competitive pay. Site Technicians help ensure cleaning projects are successfully executed from inception to completion and learn about Data Center environments. The work involves cleaning and treating surfaces in construction, technical, or GMP environments.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently.
• Willingness to submit to a criminal background check.
• Willingness to submit to substance screening.
• Reliable transportation.
• Comfort with heights and small spaces.
• Valid government-issued ID.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual.
• Knowledge of Data Centers and/or construction sites.
• Experience as a cleaner or janitor.
• OSHA 10 Certification.

Responsibilities

• Follow directions from the Supervisor and/or Team Lead.
• Clean, chemically treat, and vacuum physical surfaces within construction, technical, or GMP environments.
• Vacuum and wipe subfloors.
• Vacuum and wipe drop ceilings.
• Clean the outside of cabinets.
• Vacuum and mop vinyl and HPL floor surfaces.
• Dust furniture, walls, machines, or hardware.
• Clean windows, glass allotments, and mirrors using foamy water or other cleaners.
