The Site Sustainability Manager will be responsible for coordinating and directing operations necessary to carry out contractual responsibilities of the company including any and all necessary planning, supervision, budgeting, vendor and supplier contact, customer relations, and other high level managerial or supervisor responsibilities. This role involves directing programs, implementing policy, planning work schedules, managing waste vendors, tracking information, supporting clients with education, inspecting facilities, preparing supplies and equipment, investigating new methods, reviewing customer requests, implementing organizational policies, analyzing budgets, promoting services, inspecting plants, assisting with plans and modifications, ensuring budget goals are met, developing long-range plans, coordinating program specifications, compiling data for estimates, reporting on financial aspects, maintaining a safe work environment, ensuring compliance with regulations, directing supervisory management, acting as a liaison, maintaining contract databases, reviewing correspondence, establishing contractor contact, conducting meetings, and being responsible for Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as Safety, Customer Satisfaction, Top Line Growth, Budgets, and Employee Satisfaction. The role also includes responsibility for Sustainable programs like Green supplies, Green equipment, and Green processes, and may require travel.
