Venture Solar is a residential and commercial solar provider servicing customers in NJ, NY, CT, MA, NH, and RI. Venture Solar is hiring for a Site Surveyor (sometimes also known as a Site Assessor) to join our team. This is a full-time position with benefits! No experience needed. We will train the right candidate.
Requirements
- Has a VALID CLEAN DRIVERS LICENSE - no exceptions
- Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs
- Must be comfortable working on roofs and comfortable with heights
- Must be excellent with time management and with juggling multiple priorities
- Must have great attention to detail
- Is punctual
- Is comfortable working in or around electric panels
- Has great customer service skills
- Has a great attitude and is comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work Saturdays.
Responsibilities
- Traveling to installation sites
- Moving up to a 32' ladder from their truck to house for each site
- Climbing ladders
- Going in attics to get measurements
- Measuring all roof facets
- Structural inspection
- Testing electric panel voltage
- Documenting all work done at the installation site and transmitting to our engineering team.
