Site Survey Technician (Fort Lauderdale, FL)

Designers EdgeOrlando, FL
$25 - $40Onsite

About The Position

This is a travel-based, hands-on field role. The Site Survey Technician spends the majority of each month on the road (typically every week away from home) traveling to client sites across the country to capture accurate survey data for architectural documentation using LiDAR scanners, 360-degree cameras, and drone photography. Technicians work independently, covering 5–8 client sites per week, and are responsible for delivering high-quality point clouds, imagery, and site reports that meet company and client standards. This role suits someone who thrives on the road, works well independently without daily in-person supervision, and is physically ready for sustained fieldwork in varying weather and site conditions. If steady time at home each week is a priority for you right now, this role likely isn't the right fit.
