About The Position

Valley View Hospital is in need of an experienced, full-time Site Support Tech III to assist our IT Department. This crucial position provides third tier support to the IT Help Desk in troubleshooting hospital-wide IT issues. This is an ON-SITE position!

Requirements

Five years hardware/software deployment experience
Five years technical support and customer service experience
Three years' experience in healthcare business processes, acumen/operational knowledge
Advanced End-user hardware knowledge
Advanced Business productivity software
Advanced Comprehensive documentation ability
Advanced Handling difficult/angry customers
Flexibility to influence people at Director level.
Advanced ability to coordinate methods, techniques, and evaluation of criteria across organizational silos in order to obtain optimal results.
Exceptional oral/written communication and presentation abilities
