About The Position

This is an exciting job opportunity for a Site Support Engineer onsite/hybrid to join our Digital team in Peachtree City, GA. The Site Support Engineer is responsible for troubleshooting hardware, software, network, printer, meeting room, and end-user technology issues and acts as the local IT contact for employees and works closely with remote service desk, infrastructure, security, and vendor teams.

Requirements

• BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in onsite IT support, desktop support, field support, or service desk support.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems; macOS experience is a plus.
• Experience with asset management and IT inventory processes.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future company sponsorship needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide face-to-face technical support for employees at the office or client site.
• Troubleshoot laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers, scanners, docking stations, monitors, and peripherals.
• Install, configure, maintain, and replace IT hardware and software and support Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, VPN, email, collaboration tools, and business applications.
• Maintain accurate ticket updates, asset records, technical documentation, and knowledge base articles.
• Follow IT security policies, access control procedures, and data protection standards.
