About The Position

North Central Co-op is seeking a full-time Liquor Site Supervisor to join their team at the Erin Ridge Liquor Store in St. Albert, AB. Responsibilities include handling transactions, stocking merchandise, preparing daily reconciliations, and general housekeeping duties. Requirements

Must be 18 years or older.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with attention to detail.
Ability to lift and move up to 20lbs consistently when stocking.
Belief in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions.
Recognition of the value that different perspectives bring to meet shared objectives.

Nice To Haves

Previous liquor retail/cashier and customer service experience.
WSET (Wine & Spirit Education Trust) training.
Inventory/Merchandising/Stocking experience.
ProServe Liquor Staff Training.
Evening and weekend availability.
Open availability.

Responsibilities

Provide an exceptional level of customer service.
Maintain a safe and efficient operation.
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and standards.
Adhere to all regulatory requirements relating to the service and/or sale of alcohol.
Handle and record transactions through the point of sale terminal.
Process and package customer purchases.
Organize, clean, and stock merchandise.
Prepare daily cash reconciliations.
Complete general housekeeping duties.
Assist team members when necessary.
Perform any other duties as assigned.
