About The Position

Oatridge Security Group is looking for a Site Supervisor to join its rapidly growing team. This role is ideal for a security professional who takes pride in ownership, consistency, and leading by example. The Site Supervisor is the dedicated, on-site leader at an assigned location — the face of OSG to both the client and the officers they work alongside every day. The Site Supervisor is not a roving or mobile role. They are permanently assigned to a single site and are expected to be deeply familiar with that site’s operations, culture, and client expectations. This position is primarily Monday through Friday, day shift, making it a stable, structured opportunity for a seasoned security professional ready to step into a leadership role. Above all, the Site Supervisor is a role model. They set the tone for every officer at their site — in appearance, attitude, professionalism, and performance. They serve as the primary point of contact for their client and account manager, requiring a personable, customer-service-forward approach in every interaction. OSG has over 20 years’ experience providing top-of-the-line security services to the commercial sector and U.S. Government, operating throughout Washington and Oregon. In 2020, OSG was recognized as the SBA National 8(A) Graduate of the Year.
