This role serves as a supervisor for Security Officers, Lead Officers, and other company personnel at one or more client sites. The primary focus is ensuring post orders are followed, rounds are completed, and required reports are filed. The supervisor will also handle emergency situations by notifying appropriate authorities and the client. This position involves coaching and disciplining personnel, training staff, assisting with payroll and personnel information, ensuring adequate post coverage, preparing reports, inspecting posts, and meeting with client representatives to ensure security requirements are met and to provide quality customer service. Supervisory duties may include interviewing, orienting, training, planning, assigning, directing work, coaching, appraising performance, rewarding, disciplining, addressing complaints, resolving problems, and making hiring and termination recommendations. The role may also involve performing the duties of a Security Officer.
