About The Position

As Site Supervisor/Assistant Director, you'd work hand-in-hand with the Site Director to keep the center running smoothly and make sure every child gets the warm, safe, and nurturing experience Magic Memories is known for. You'd help lead and support the classroom teams, keep things organized and compliant, and be a go-to person for staff and families alike.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in ECE, child development, special education, elementary education, or the human services field
• A Bachelor's degree (any field) with 30 credit hours in ECE, child development, special education, elementary education, or the human services field, plus 1 year of experience with children
• An Associate's degree in ECE, child development, special education, elementary education, or the human services field, plus 2 years of experience
• An Associate's degree with 30 hours in ECE, child development, special education, elementary education, or the human services field, plus 3 years of experience
