As a Site Supervisor, you’ll play a meaningful role in providing direct programming and support services to individuals with developmental disabilities and to supervise residential staff assigned to the individual’s home.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- must be able to communicate in English, including both spoke and in writing
- Two years experience working with developmentally disabled individuals
- First Aid, CPR - adult, child and infant
- delegated nursing
- valid Ohio Driver’s License with Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles
- proof of auto insurance
Nice To Haves
- Associate’s Degree preferred
- supervisory experience preferred
Responsibilities
- providing direct programming and support services to individuals with developmental disabilities
- supervise residential staff assigned to the individual’s home
