Site Supervisor - Residential Services
About The Position
Riverside Community Care's Residential Services provide a framework to support individuals with developmental and cognitive disabilities in learning daily living skills, developing meaningful relationships, and gaining opportunities through community involvement. Our dedicated staff creates a safe, warm environment and supports residents in participating in community activities, providing transportation to medical appointments, managing finances, and more. In collaboration with the Program Director or Director of Residential Services, the Site Supervisor is responsible for the overall supervision of one home and for providing residential supports to individuals with intellectual disabilities, developmental disabilities, and/or brain injury. Comprehensive orientation and training are provided. On-call coverage is on a rotation with other managers. Our homes are located in welcoming neighborhood settings, each designed to meet the needs of the individuals who live there. Typically, 3–5 people share a home, enjoying private bedrooms and shared living spaces. Residents are encouraged to decorate their rooms and take pride in their home, while staff provide ongoing guidance and support. Employees are available 24/7, with staffing schedules tailored to meet the needs of the individuals served. Every shift offers the chance to build relationships, see progress, and be part of something meaningful.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- A minimum of three years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- At least one year of experience in residential services
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Previous supervisory experience strongly preferred
