About The Position
The Site Supervisor will play a pivotal role in shaping the company culture while overseeing retail renovation projects that leave a lasting impact on clients and communities. The ideal candidate will be an expert at overseeing large-scale retail renovations at Big Box Stores, ready to jump into action, thrive on the night shift, and be bilingual in French and English. This role requires a hands-on approach to provide leadership and training by example to field staff.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in retail renovations or a related field.
- Extraordinary technical competence.
- Understands merchandising, planograms, and installation best practices.
- Must be bilingual in French and English.
- Must have the ability to travel within the province and Canada.
- Demonstrate unwavering integrity.
