The Site Supervisor will assist in planning, supervising, and implementing childcare programs including Before-School, After-School, Summer Camp, and School Break Care. This role involves ensuring programs adhere to guidelines from the State of California Community Care Licensing or California Department of Education Expanded Learning Opportunities Programs. The Site Supervisor will provide quality care and supervision to children, guide behaviors using positive methods, and ensure a safe and thriving environment. Responsibilities also include carrying out activities and lesson plans, maintaining program quality standards, setting up and cleaning the program area, and assisting the Program Director with staff management and program administration. Additionally, the role involves maintaining school relationships, meeting program goals, and ensuring accurate enrollment and attendance procedures.
