About The Position

Hallcon Corporation is seeking a Site Supervisor to join their dynamic Commuter team in the Los Angeles Area. This role is crucial for keeping transportation operations running smoothly. The Site Supervisor will lead and support local employees, assist in developing and training new team members, champion safety, and act as a key liaison between field operations and corporate leadership. The position offers an opportunity to make a daily impact by supporting employees, strengthening safety practices, and delivering exceptional service to clients.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations within the past three years.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 6 months to 1 year of team management or leadership experience.
• Strong administrative and computer skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
• Ability to make quick, thoughtful, and decisive decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to respond to questions and concerns clearly, professionally, and concisely.
• A strong commitment to safety, accountability, teamwork, and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lead staffing and training efforts for new and existing employees, helping build a strong and dependable local team.
• Champion safety by reinforcing training standards and ensuring vehicles are properly maintained, clean, and ready for service.
• Connect the field with corporate leadership, helping employees get the support and information they need while communicating operational needs to management.
• Partner with the Regional Manager to ensure assigned locations operate safely, efficiently, and at the highest possible level.
• Support Risk Management by promptly reporting violations, safety concerns, injuries, accidents, and other incidents.
• Solve problems in real time, using sound judgment and decisive action to keep operations moving.
• Build strong working relationships with employees, management, clients, and other key partners.
