About The Position

The Boys & Girls Club of Clifton is seeking a responsible, organized, and child-focused Preschool Before & After Care Site Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of an assigned preschool before and after care site. The Site Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the safety, supervision, and well-being of children while providing leadership and direction to program staff. This position oversees daily program operations, staff coverage, attendance, family communication, documentation, safety procedures, and compliance with Boys & Girls Club policies and applicable New Jersey Department of Children and Families (NJDCF) childcare requirements. The Site Supervisor serves as the primary on-site leader during before and after care hours and works closely with the CELA Coordinator, Director of Early Childhood Education, preschool teachers, administrative staff, and families to ensure a consistent, high-quality experience for children.
