Site Superintendent

Atkinson ConstructionSt. Albert, AB
Onsite

About The Position

We're seeking an experienced Site Superintendent to lead day-to-day field operations on commercial construction projects out of our St. Albert base. This is a senior leadership role for someone who is equally at home running a complex multi-trade site as they are mentoring a young carpenter or walking through a design challenge with an architect. At Atkinson Construction, Site Superintendents are the backbone of our delivery. You'll be accountable for safety, quality, schedule, and the culture on your site — and you'll have the full support of an experienced project management team behind you. Operating out of St. Albert, you'll be involved in a diverse range of commercial and institutional projects — including mixed-use developments, supportive housing, civic buildings, and other complex general contracting scopes. Our projects vary in scale and sector, and you'll have the opportunity to work on projects that make a tangible difference to the communities we serve across Western Canada.
