Responsibilities
- Lead foremen: Set the example; teach, coach, and mentor; advise on daily and project operations.
- Workforce planning: Staff assigned crews; forecast workforce needs; assist with hiring and retention.
- Communication: Coordinate and collaborate with field crews and office personnel; address customer, client, and vendor needs.
- Field supervision: Lead site visits; inspect sites; maintain project schedule; manage costs.
