About The Position

Join a dynamic team as a Site Specialist, supporting managed service customers onsite with inventory management and exceptional customer service. You’ll work directly with customer procurement teams, regional sales, and vendors, ensuring accurate stock levels and seamless service delivery.

Requirements

2+ years in inventory management or customer service.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong attention to accuracy and detail.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Ability to prioritize workload in a self-directed environment.
Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
Able to work onsite and lift up to 40 lbs regularly.
Commitment to integrity and ethical standards.

Nice To Haves

Experience with ERP or mainframe systems.
Familiarity with order processing and vendor/customer interactions.

Responsibilities

Conduct precise, regular inventory counts and update site stock records.
Collaborate with customer procurement teams to place timely replacement orders.
Unpack, verify, and accurately store incoming inventory shipments.
Identify and resolve discrepancies, escalating concerns to appropriate contacts.
Deliver comprehensive sales support: order entry, expediting, customer call resolution, returns, and backorder processing.
Support the regional sales team with quotes, projects, and problem-solving.
Represent the company professionally at all customer locations.
Perform additional assigned duties to meet customer and team objectives.
