About The Position

The Site Security Lead – Bothell is responsible for Collaborating with internal teams to investigate, audit, and approve access, software deployment, and ownership. Write, review, audit, and update policies, and procedures used throughout the organization. Working with Client Services, Infrastructure local business teams and Server teams across a global infrastructure to advise on and deploy secure solutions based on business requirements and industry best practices. This position reports to the Senior Manager of Information Security and is part of the Information Security team located in Bothell, WA and will be an on-site role. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Design, develop, lead, and train against security best practice tests such as phishing, physical control of information, and compliance with policies and standards. Prepare broad security reports for both technical and non-technical audiences by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends. Investigate violations of security policies, meet with business owners to understand their use cases, and develop solutions that allow for continued use without violating policies. Work with Business Units to understand their needs, compare against established standards and write policies and accompanying documents to meet all requirements. Maintain security by monitoring and ensuring compliance to standards, policies, and procedures; conducting incident response analyses.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Sciences degree in field with 5+ years of Information security or related experience, preferably in a global multi-national firm
  • Certification in CISSP, CISM or equivalent or be working towards certifications within the next 2-3 years.
  • Experience analyzing training data and providing data driven training to drive improvements to security culture.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge or experience with NIST/27001/27002 in order to maintain or improve the security posture of the company by monitoring and ensuring compliance to standards, policies, and procedures
  • Written, in person, and remote communication skills and ability to efficiently elaborate issues and risks to all partners and senior management
  • Working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting a collaboration-mentality to develop, deliver, operationalize, document, and support solutions
