About The Position

Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is seeking a Site Security Lead (SSL) based out of Seattle, Washington (WA). This role is an opportunity to lead change and shape the direction of security services and solutions. The Site Security Lead oversees end-to-end security operations for an assigned account, delivering high-quality client service and proactive problem resolution. This role strengthens partnerships through service improvement and business expansion, while optimizing staffing, scheduling, and team performance. The Site Security Lead leads training initiatives and ensures operational excellence across all security functions.

Requirements

Must Be at Least 18 years of Age.
Ensures Delivery of High-Quality Customer Service.
Capability of Managing Guard Service Functions and Conflict Resolutions.
Organized, Self-disciplined, Technologically Savvy, Compliant, and Communicates Timely and Effectively at all Levels.
Prior Security Management Experience Required.
Advanced Understanding of Physical Security Operations.
5+ years of Security Management/Law Enforcement Experience.
Or an Equivalent Combination of Education and Experience as Determined by the Company.
Additional Relevant Experience Can Be Substituted for the Required Education on the Basis of One Calendar Year of Experience for One Academic Year of Education.
