Requirements

• Must possess a valid driver’s license or the ability to transport to and from the assigned job site
• 1-3 years of construction safety experience
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations
• Detail-oriented with strong observation and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular jobsite safety inspections, audits, and hazard assessments
• Partner with Superintendents, Foremen, and Project Managers to reinforce safe work practices
• Lead and support toolbox talks, safety meetings, and training initiatives
• Ensure compliance with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) standards and company policies
• Maintain accurate safety documentation, reports, and logs.
• Champion continuous improvement in safety processes and culture
