Requirements

• Achieve OSHA trainer status
• Be flexible with a schedule
• Have excellent communication skills

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in Safety
• Safety training specifically regarding construction

Responsibilities

• Assist in pre planning for safety.
• Ensure local and federal safety standards are met.
• Purchase safety equipment when needed.
• Perform accident and near miss investigations.
• Take 40 hours of training every year.
• Provide safety training.
• Work with subcontractors when needed.
• Represent Crossland Construction during OSHA inspection.
