About The Position

The Site Safety Auditor will support ongoing residential and light commercial construction projects across multiple active jobsites in the Concord, NH area. This role is field-focused and hands-on, emphasizing regular on-site safety walk-throughs, real-time observation, and immediate correction of unsafe acts. All current jobsites are within approximately one hour of each other, with up to eight sites active at a time. The position is designed to reinforce and support an already strong safety culture rather than serve as an enforcement-heavy role. In addition to field inspections, approximately 25% of the role involves administrative responsibilities, including reporting, preparation for upcoming projects, safety equipment management, and documentation using Predictive Solutions software provided on a company-issued device.
