Requirements

Bachelor's degree and 6+ years equivalent work experience in operations support and/or application development. OR High school diploma/GED and 10+years of equivalent work experience, in operations support and/or application development.
Attention to detail and the ability to solve problems logically, methodically, and efficiently.

Responsibilities

Perform operational deployments, implementations, and maintenance for production systems.
Implement and maintain monitoring and reporting of performance metrics for Core Speech products as well as performing capacity planning tasks.
Implement and maintain operational alerting systems
Be part of a rotation with other team members to provide off-hours site reliability support, responding to alerts as needed
Work with a team on collaborative projects as well as independently to drive improvements to system performance and architecture.
Participating in relevant corporate programs/initiatives, compliant with professional and quality standards, and in a manner consistent with Solventum’s values and ethical standards.
