About The Position

As a Site Reliability Engineer reporting to Director, System Operations, you'll play a critical role in the delivery, integration, and support of complex, distributed, high-availability solutions for financial institutions and organizations around the globe. You'll thrive in this position if you're analytical, collaborative, and passionate about building resilient, high-performance systems in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3–7 years of experience in site reliability engineering, DevOps, or a related discipline within Agile development environments.
  • Strong proficiency in cloud infrastructure management, including AWS services and infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform.
  • Hands-on experience with containerization technologies, configuration management tools, and scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Go.
  • Solid understanding of Linux operating systems, Java-based applications, monitoring tools, performance tuning, and automation practices.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in financial services, banking, exchange, or other regulated industries.
  • Familiarity with AI tooling and large language model integrations in operational workflows.
  • Experience supporting global teams and working across complex, matrixed organizations.

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure and automation tooling to ensure platform reliability, scalability, and high availability.
  • Monitor system performance, respond to incidents, and lead root cause analysis to drive continuous improvement across distributed environments.
  • Partner with engineering and product teams to embed reliability and DevOps best practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Leverage AI tooling and automation to reduce manual effort, improve operational efficiency, and accelerate delivery outcomes.
  • Support real-time, low-latency applications while maintaining high professional standards in a client-focused, global environment.
