This role requires a deep understanding of programming concepts, software design, and software development principles. The individual will work autonomously with minimal supervision, acting as a key contributor in a complex environment and potentially leading team activities for software design and development. The role involves proactively understanding client needs, offering advice, assessing and adapting to project issues, formulating innovative solutions, working under pressure, and driving the team to succeed against technical and commercial goals. Awareness of profitability needs and potential cost management for specific projects or work areas is expected. The ability to explain complex concepts to various audiences and motivate team members, while creating informal networks, is also important.
