About The Position

B.H. Inc. is seeking a full-time Site Quality Manager to oversee quality control and assurance on data center construction projects in Turkey, Texas. This role involves working directly with the project management team and requires the candidate to be on the job site 100% of the time. The Site Quality Manager is responsible for the overall quality and compliance of the job by developing and enforcing the project's quality control plan, conducting inspections, and verifying that all electrical and mechanical work meets contractual specifications, codes, and industry standards. This includes identifying and documenting non-conformances, driving corrective actions, and managing punch lists through closeout. The role also involves communicating with customers and project teams to resolve quality issues, evaluating alternative solutions, and planning, executing, and finalizing quality processes according to contractual agreements and project schedules. Leadership skills are utilized to coach, mentor, motivate, and supervise subcontractors and field teams on quality standards.

Requirements

  • Electrical background preferred
  • 3-5 years experience in quality control/quality assurance within a data center construction environment preferred
  • Familiarity with mechanical and electrical specifications
  • Working knowledge of QA/QC programs, inspection processes, and industry codes and standards
  • Willingness to be on site 100% of the time
  • Proven history managing quality on multi-million-dollar projects
