The Site Quality Manager is responsible for ensuring the effective and efficient execution of the quality program by leading and managing QC personnel in the operation and maintenance of the Program QC Plan. This role coordinates and conducts internal quality audits and performs Quality Assurance support activities in all areas of responsibility to ensure performance meets contractual and AS9110 requirements. The Site Quality Manager will conduct field audits of contractual services for conformance to the Performance Work Statement and is responsible for all aspects of QC activities at the assigned location. This role also acts as the quality point of contact for customer inspectors, site management, and field operations managers, maintains currency of QC procedures, and recommends revision of internal specifications when needed. Additionally, the Site Quality Manager will assist in the implementation and maintenance of inspection system components and methods, provide response to customer concerns and findings, track corrective actions, implement and maintain software and procedures, provide support for quality training and data presentations, and assist site managers with corrective action reporting. The role also manages non-conformities and performs other qualified duties as assigned.
