About The Position

This position is responsible for leading and coordinating activities associated with construction for projects. The role involves conducting daily inspections, planning and organizing activities, reviewing schedules, updating changes, ensuring documentation and record keeping, and placing material and supply orders. The Site Project Lead will also lead and manage contract personnel, design and install special facility projects, and perform general plumbing, electrical repairs/maintenance, and preventative repairs/maintenance including refrigeration systems, HVAC systems, appliances, light fixtures, and doors. Additionally, the role requires operating machinery and equipment as necessary, communicating construction-related information, and troubleshooting issues. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

4+ years of applicable work experience as a construction foreman or facilities maintenance
General knowledge of construction techniques and terminology
General knowledge in mechanical engineering principles and concepts
General knowledge of construction techniques and terminology
General Knowledge of building codes and related specifications
Ability to plan and organize work and teams/projects
Knowledge, skills and abilities in the budgeting process
Developed ability to lead and management people
