Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or related field.
Extensive manufacturing engineering experience (ideally minimum 8-10 years), including proven leadership responsibilities.
Experience in working with an ERP (such as SAP) for Bill of Materials, Routings, Configuration follow-up.
Working knowledge of Quality and Health & Safety standards and systems.
Expertise in lean manufacturing, process optimization, and industrial automation.
Strong understanding of quality systems, regulatory standards, and operational excellence.
Proven leadership, strategic thinking, and ability to inspire high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

Lead scalable process improvements to optimize manufacturing efficiency and support growth.
Foster cross-functional collaboration between engineering, production, and quality teams.
Ensure reliability and compliance in manufacturing operations through robust systems.
