About The Position

Site Planner - req1761 OVERVIEW Work with internal CMSU field personnel to research and assimilate the required information to prepare preliminary and final site plans for all modalities. This position will be required to maintain a modality or project specialty. This position is the department representative in the New Product Introduction process.

Requirements

Must have AUTOCAD experience

2 Year / Associate's Degree, Drafting discipline or successful completion of a drafting certificate program or two years equivalent work experience.

Nice To Haves

Preferred technical and electrical knowledge or education.
AutoCAD certificate is a plus.

Responsibilities

Create, implement, and manage preliminary and final site plans for all modalities of CMSU equipment installations.
Review preliminary and final of CMSU equipment information drawings and specifications to ensure that there are no errors and omissions prior to distribution.
Maintain department productivity standards for turnaround times, hours to produce site plans, and total number of plans.
Manage own workload to meet internal/external customer and department expectations and requirements.
Maintain and manage working relationships within CMSU organization, to research information to execute on site drawings for all modalities.
Investigate, resolve and communicate CMSU equipment specifications, technical requirements and clinical impact for all information shown on Canon site plans and ensure that this information is distributed within site-planning and frontline internal CMSU groups.
Ensure information on site plans reflect quoted and ordered from customers are correctly shown on site plans.
Ensure that all data; electronic, written, or other format is recorded into required Databases accurately and in the prescribed time limits.
Conduct site visits for installation/applications to build and maintain knowledge of equipment specifications, technical details, and clinical use of all Canon equipment.
