About The Position

United Initiators is seeking a part-time Site Planner to join our Supply Chain team in Springtown. In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting production planning, inventory management, shipping coordination, and supply chain operations. You'll work closely with Production, Purchasing, Logistics, Quality, and Warehouse teams to ensure materials, schedules, inventory, documentation, and shipments remain on track while supporting safe, efficient, and on-time operations.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in supply chain, planning, logistics, inventory control, scheduling, purchasing, warehouse operations, or shipping and receiving.
  • SAP experience.
  • Hazmat experience.
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Translate customer demand and forecasts into production schedules for blending and repackaging operations.
  • Maintain material requirements plans (MRP) and support production order management in SAP.
  • Monitor inventory levels to ensure raw materials and packaging materials are available to support production requirements.
  • Coordinate with site leadership to support staffing plans, production schedules, and planned downtime activities.
  • Coordinate outbound shipments and support on-time customer deliveries.
  • Assign deliveries, products, and batches within SAP to support shipping activities.
  • Perform inventory transactions, including goods receipts and goods issues.
  • Investigate and reconcile inventory and receiving discrepancies while supporting corrective actions.
  • Work closely with warehouse, operations, and logistics teams to ensure efficient material flow throughout the facility.
  • Generate and maintain production and shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading (BOLs), batch tickets, invoices, packing lists, and certificates of analysis.
  • Maintain organized electronic records in accordance with ISO and audit requirements.
  • Manage site access documentation for carriers, contractors, and visitors.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing accurate and traceable records.
  • Follow company safety procedures and environmental requirements in all daily activities.
  • Support ISO 9001, GMP, and related quality programs through accurate documentation and record control.
